The rooftop bar gets crowded quickly, making it tough to nab a spot for sunset views. Breakfast hours are tight, with limited dining options around lunch, which can leave you scrambling if you miss the window. Some room cleanliness issues persist, especially in the bathroom, which could use a deeper clean.

We had a lovely stay and especially appreciated the rooftop views and the chance to lounge by the clean pool with a drink in hand. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the live music at the sky bar really made our evenings special. A small hiccup was that our pajamas went missing on the last day, but it was all sorted out in the end. 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Plaza for 3 nights. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Tasso Square and surrounded by charming restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting us with smiles. The breakfast was delightful, with a great selection of pastries and strong coffee to start the day right. The rooftop pool and bar offered stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, even though we didn’t use the pool much, it looked inviting.

we had a fantastic time at plaza, even better than my previous stay in sorrento. the staff were super helpful, especially arranging our tours, which were highlights of our trip. the breakfast was a delight with freshly baked pastries and rich coffee.

This charming hotel suits me perfectly! The wi-fi is reliable, there's excellent luggage storage, and the staff were incredibly helpful on my first stay, assisting with my suitcases. I’m excited to come back for another trip!
